“Good habits may cost something today – but they pay off in the future.” – James Clear author of Atomic Habits.
We can choose our path to healing. Each of us is in charge of our healing path, even if we cannot heal our bodies completley, it is possible to make physical gains. We can do some of our best healing work using Neuroplasticity.
Scientists dating back as far as 1890 knew that areas of the brain were activated by blood flow, they also disected the brains of birds after training one group and not the other and validated that the trained birds brain’s were larger based on neuron growth!
The word “Neuroplasticity” was first used by Polish neuroscientist Jerzy Konorski in 1948 to describe observed changes in neuronal structure (neurons are the cells that make up our brains). Neuroplasticity has become quite the buzzword over the last several years due to the development in 1990 of the FMRI (Functional magnetic resonance imaging or functional MRI (fMRI) which measures brain activity by detecting changes associated with blood flow.
People that practice Neuroplasticty daily have seen improvements in these areas:
- New body function
- Reduced Pain
- Increased Strength
- Improved mood
- Improved Life Purpose
- Improved Confidence
- Ability to embrace healing
- Reduced Anxiety and Depression
- Increased Relaxation
- Reduced Spasticity
- Increased muscle gain
Doctors are careful to make promises, they cannot be liable for you to not progress from nuerological damage or illness, or your own lack of will. The individuals that believe in their own path and not the doctors opinions are the ones that progress! The cost of your good habits is in the present and will pay off in the future. The cost of your bad habits are enjoyed today but harm you in the future. Every single sole on this planet needs to “do the work” to continue to make progress in all areas of our being. We hope to help you along your journey by teaching you these tools that have the potential to make a profound impact on your life.
You’ll Learn:
